We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products. Non-food merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with a receipt, in the original packaging and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We inspect all merchandise for defects before shipping, but things can happen and damage can occur during shipping. If you received damaged merchandise as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately so we can determine the best way to handle a replacement. All non-food merchandise returns must be initiated within 5 Business Days. Special Return Policies might apply during the Christmas Holidays, but no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
