Bavarian Seasoning

We crafted our Salt-Free, Bavarian Seasoning using many of the herbs found in Bavarian and German cuisine, resulting in a full, flavorful blend to bring out the favor of your recipe. Use with your veal, chicken, lamb and pork dishes. Also adds a great touch to vegetables as well as your sauerkraut. Sprinkle on your Sauerbraten, Pork Loin Roasts, Schnitzels, and German sausage recipes.

Many of our customers also use our Bavarian on their game dishes.  The combination of spices compliment the outdoor flavor of the dish.  It is also Salt Free for those on a salt-restricted diet.

We have several German style recipes you might want to try with our Bavarian Seasoning, like our German Mustard Pork Roast and our Bavarian Roasted Chicken.
